WD Group was appointed by leading contractor Buckingham Group to deliver the full, high-performance Aluminium Windows, Doors, and Curtain Walling package, all for the new HydraForce Headquarters at the Advanced Manufacturing Hub in Birmingham.
Working to a tight 10-week deadline, we installed ALUK’s 58BW window systems, 58BD and GT55 TB doors, and SL52 curtain walling, while also designing and manufacturing bespoke brise soleil to meet the architectural complexities of the façade.
Commissioned by industrial development specialists First Industrial, the building was designed with sustainability in mind. Our work helped the project achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating. We incorporated low-E grey anti-sun glazing to boost natural light and meet both performance and design goals.
The Hydraforce Headquarters Project reflects WD Group’s ability to combine technical precision, architectural vision, and sustainability in high-spec industrial developments.
