WD Group is proud to have delivered the glazing package for Brockfield House regeneration, a 23-storey residential block and the first of several towers transformed as part of the Heath Town regeneration project led by Wolverhampton Homes in partnership with United Infrastructure.
Valued at approximately £2.8 million, our scope of works included the removal of existing PVC windows and the installation of energy-efficient Seniors PURe Aluminium windows with a U-value of 1.35 kWh/m². We also installed Seniors SF52 Curtain Walling, bespoke balcony copings, and an AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) window system with actuators and a full control package.
The Brockfield House regeneration highlights WD Group’s capability in delivering high-spec, safety-compliant glazing solutions for large-scale, high-rise regeneration schemes.
