WD Group was proud to deliver the full window, door, and curtain walling package for the Tredegar Road Development in London. Over a 12-month programme, we worked closely with the design team to meet the architectural brief for slim-profile glazing, using a range of high-performance ALUK systems.
The installation not only met but exceeded the Part L1A Building Regulations, with U-values well below the required 2.00 W/m²K, helping the scheme achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating. For the penthouse level, we also installed Reynaers fire-rated curtain walling, offering 60-minute fire resistance without compromising aesthetics.
